To me, "natural health" refers to the body's innate ability to regenerate, heal, and maintain optimal well-being as it was inherently designed to do. It involves supporting and facilitating this process through wholistic and aligned approaches.

If you are here because you are unwell, I understand—I have been there too.

My own journey with illness was the catalyst for my pursuit of wellness and ultimately led me to become a dedicated kinesiologist. Experiencing first-hand how kinesiology helped me regain my health inspired me to support others on their healing journeys.

My Story
Over 15 years ago, while raising my three young children, my own health took a backseat—until my body unmistakably signalled the need for change. Faced with the prospect of a lifetime on medication and struggling with Adrenal Fatigue, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis - an auto immune disease, Celiac Disease, and multiple deficiencies, I reached a pivotal moment where prioritizing my health became non-negotiable.
When I asked my doctor, “Why would my body attack itself?” he simply replied, “We don’t know, but it is.” That answer did not sit right with me. Deep down, I knew my body was designed to sustain health, not to work against me. I also understood that when the body fails to function optimally, something is fundamentally wrong—whether due to deficiency, toxicity, or both. In my case, I was experiencing both, and my lifestyle choices were failing to support my body's needs.
Determined to find answers that aligned with my beliefs, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. That journey led me to kinesiology, where I experienced its profound benefits—and, ultimately, I healed.
But healing was no quick fix. It required dedication, effort, and real change. I had to put in the work, make necessary adjustments, and nourish my body with the right support. No one could do it for me—only I had the power to transform my health.
Healing took time. At moments, it felt like one step forward and three steps back. But after five years of commitment, my health was fully restored.
Along the way, I gained invaluable knowledge, adopted significant lifestyle changes, and learned to truly listen to my body. Instead of feeling frustrated by my symptoms, I began to see them as messages guiding me. I recognized when I was pushing myself too hard and embraced the importance of slowing down. Most importantly, I learned to prioritize myself rather than always putting others first.
Kinesiology had such a profound impact on my life that it became my calling. Now, over 11 years later, I have never looked back.

My Approach
Kinesiology facilitates a deep and intuitive dialogue with the body's innate wisdom, guiding individuals toward sustainable healing. Even after all these years, I am continually amazed by the power of this work. It is both humbling and deeply fulfilling to support my clients on their healing journeys.

My Mission
As a kinesiologist, my mission is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses the innate capacity to heal. Through education, guidance, and personalized support, I empower others to reclaim their health and well-being—naturally and sustainably.

With much love, light and happiness,

Like a cut on your finger, if disinfected and cared for in the right way it will heal.  Internally our body is much the same. The same principles apply.
